Hold Health Industry Holdings (Zhengzhou) Group Co., Ltd. First Party Congress
To solidly advance the company's party building work and leverage the role of the Party organization in enterprise development, Hold Health Group held a meeting of all Party members of the group company at 3:00 PM on January 10, 2025, in the company's meeting room. The meeting was chaired by Li Lulu.
Through this meeting, three group company decisions were implemented through a joint vote by the board of directors and all Party members:
1. Announcement of the establishment of the company's Party branch: With the growth of the company and the expansion of the Party member team, the establishment of a Party branch has become an urgent need to consolidate the strength of Party members and promote the high-quality development of the company. The meeting will formally announce this major decision, laying the foundation for opening a new chapter in the company's Party building work.
2. Party member mobilization: To mobilize all Party member comrades to actively participate in various Party building work after the establishment of the Party branch, with a higher political consciousness and stronger sense of responsibility, and to contribute their energy to their work and play an exemplary role in promoting the synergy between the company's Party building and business.
3. Discussion and nomination of secretary candidates: The secretary of the Party branch is the "leader" of the Party organization, shouldering the important responsibility of leading the organization and Party members forward. This meeting organized all Party members to discuss and, in accordance with the democratic procedures within the Party, nominate candidates for Party branch secretary who are both politically qualified and have a good mass base, to provide a solid guarantee for the smooth future work of the Party branch.
This meeting marked the beginning of Hold Health Group's Party building work. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the group company will strive to build a Party branch, gradually expand the Party member team, provide a home for every Party member to learn and progress together, and continue to innovate and make progress under the Party's leadership, while doing a good job in business and undertaking more social responsibilities.
This meeting marked the beginning of the Hold Health Group's party-building work. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the group company will strive to build the party branch, gradually expand the ranks of party members, and provide a place for every party member to learn and improve together. At the same time, under the guidance of the Party, the company will continue to innovate and strive to excel, while doing a good job in business and taking on more social responsibilities.
