The Notice points out that in order to implement the deployment of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the CPC, consolidate and expand the achievements of the thematic education on learning and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, consolidate and deepen the achievements of party discipline education, and persistently implement the Central Eight-Point Regulation, promote the normalization and long-term effectiveness of style of work construction, with the approval of the Party Central Committee, in-depth learning and education on thoroughly implementing the Central Eight-Point Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "learning and education") will be carried out throughout the Party.
